What: Advanced Track & Field Coaches Clinic: Field sessions and classroom discussions for high school coaches

This course is designed primarily for high school coaches, but is opened to all interested coaches. The clinic is free.
Online registration is now closed, but coaches may register in-person at Mt. SAC January 28, 7:30AM.

Track and field clinics are six hours of clinic instruction that includes beginning and intermediate level education in the area of sprints, hurdles, distances, throws, long jump/triple jump, high jump or pole vault as well as other sessions on recruiting, relays, warm-up, core strength, weight training, organization, etc.

All participants will receive a free CD copy of the 456 page LA84 Foundation Track and Field Coaching Manual.
